Shree Anjani Courier tracking statuses are easier to read than they look. Once you understand what each update means, you stop refreshing the page every hour.
Your parcel follows a predictable path: scanned at the Origin Branch when it's picked up, moved through one or more Sorting Hubs depending on the route, and finally handed to the local Destination Center for delivery. Most consignments follow this without any surprises. The entire process from booking to doorstep typically takes 2 to 7 business days depending on the distance between origin and destination.
A few statuses tend to cause confusion:
- Booked / Shipment Created This just means your booking is in the system. The parcel hasn't necessarily left the sender yet, so don't panic if nothing moves for a few hours.
- In Transit It's on the move, no action needed. That said, if you're seeing the same "In Transit" for over two days with zero new scans, the parcel is probably sitting at a sorting hub waiting for the next dispatch.
- Out for Delivery Good news it's with the delivery person right now. Keep your phone reachable. If you're not home, Anjani usually makes another attempt the next working day.
- Delivery Attempted / Failed Delivery The courier came but couldn't complete the drop-off. Most of the time it's a locked gate or nobody answering the door. Open your tracking page to see if a new delivery date has been set.
- Held at Branch Your parcel is waiting at the nearest Anjani branch. Head there with your tracking number and any photo ID and you can pick it up directly rather than waiting for another attempt.
- RTO Initiated / Return to Origin The parcel is heading back to the sender. Call Anjani Customer Care as soon as you see this once it reaches the origin branch and gets processed, redirecting it becomes a much bigger hassle.
- Delivered Handed over and done. If your tracking says delivered but you don't have it, ask neighbours or check with building security before raising a complaint.
