Let's be upfront about this right away we are not Shree Anjani Courier. We have no connection to them, no partnership with them, and they haven't endorsed or approved this website in any way. This portal is something we built independently because we noticed that tracking an Anjani Courier parcel was more complicated than it needed to be for everyday users.

The tracking data you see here comes from publicly accessible sources. We pull it, format it cleanly, and show it to you in a way that's easy to read on any device. The name "Anjani Courier" appears on this site purely so you know which courier service we're talking about nothing more than that. All trademarks and logos related to Shree Anjani Courier belong entirely to them.

If your parcel is stuck, lost, or you need to raise a complaint that conversation needs to happen directly with Shree Anjani Courier's customer care team. We genuinely can't do anything about the physical movement of your package. We're a tracking tool, not a courier company.

Use of Service

Accuracy of Information

We do our best to show you the most up-to-date tracking information available. But here's the honest truth the data you see on this portal is only as good as what Anjani Courier's own system has recorded at that moment. We don't modify or manufacture any tracking data.

Tracking updates can sometimes fall behind the actual physical movement of your parcel. A delivery executive might scan a parcel hours after picking it up. A transit hub might have a backlog during festivals or peak shipping seasons. Sometimes a parcel sitting in Surat hub won't show a scan update for 24 hours that's not a portal issue, it's just how the carrier's ground operations work.

If your shipment hasn't shown any movement for more than 48 hours, don't panic but do reach out to Shree Anjani Courier directly with your AWB number. They'll have ground-level visibility that no tracking portal can replicate.

We're a free tracking tool nothing more. If you make a business decision based on a tracking status shown here and something goes wrong, that's unfortunately not something we can be held responsible for. We display information as-is from publicly available sources, and we can't guarantee it will always be 100% accurate or timely.

This covers situations like: a shipment shown as "delivered" when it hasn't arrived yet, a status that's hours behind the actual delivery, or any business loss caused by relying on tracking data from this portal.

Everything else on this website the design, the layout, the articles, the tracking interface, the code that's ours. We've put real work into building this portal, and we'd appreciate it if you didn't copy and paste it onto another site without asking first.

Privacy & Data Collection

We're not in the business of collecting your personal data. When you type in a tracking number (your AWB or docket number) and hit search, we fetch the result and show it to you. That query might pass through our server logs briefly that's standard for any website but we're not storing it in a database, building a profile on you, or selling it to anyone.

We do use standard analytics tools to understand things like how many people visit each day, which pages are popular, and what devices people are using. That data is anonymous and aggregated nobody is linking your browser to your name.

Prohibited Activities

Most people using this portal are just normal folks trying to find out where their parcel is and that's totally fine. This section is for the small number of people who might try to misuse the platform. Here's what's not allowed:

• Running bots or scrapers to pull tracking data in bulk. If you need data at scale, talk to us first.
• Trying to reverse-engineer or decompile the code behind this website.
• Attempting to take down or slow down our servers through any kind of attack.
• Trying to break into our admin panel or backend systems. There's nothing interesting there for outsiders anyway.
• Uploading or sending malware, viruses, or anything malicious through any part of this site.
• Pretending to be Shree Anjani Courier, or claiming this website is the official Anjani Courier platform.
• Using this website as a tool for fraud, money laundering, or anything illegal under Indian law.
• Sending harassment, threats, or offensive content through our contact form.

We take misuse seriously. Confirmed violations get reported to the Cyber Crime Cell under India's IT Act.
